Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to make a purchase. By ordering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method.

Products, pricing, and availability

Our pieces are handmade in small batches, so slight variations in color, finish, and detail are normal and part of their charm — product images are representative, not exact.

We work to keep prices, descriptions, and availability accurate, but errors can happen. We may correct errors, change prices, or limit or discontinue products at any time. Prices are in U.S. dollars.

Orders and payment

Submitting an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order. Your order is confirmed once we send a confirmation and process payment.

Payments are processed securely by Square. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout. If we cannot fulfill an order, we will cancel it and refund any payment.

Shipping and delivery

We ship within the United States. Shipping is a flat rate of $7.50, and free on orders over $35. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed, and risk of loss passes to you once we hand the package to the carrier.

Returns and exchanges

Because each piece is handmade, please choose carefully. If your item arrives damaged or there is a problem with your order, contact us at hello@charmandmoxie.shop within 14 days and we will make it right. Please reach out before returning any item.

Accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it current. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Charm Bar rentals and events

Charm Bar rental inquiries submitted through the site are requests, not confirmed bookings. Availability, pricing, deposits, travel, and cancellation terms are confirmed in a separate quote or agreement.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — including the Charm & Moxie name, logo, text, photographs, and designs — is owned by [Legal entity name — e.g. Charm & Moxie LLC] or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it without our written permission.

Acceptable use
