Are the charms handmade?
The charms themselves are a curated selection and not handmade— but every accessory is. This includes all: Hair charms, Wine Charms, Tea Charms, as well as your custom pieces. All the beading, wire-wrapping, and designs are original and made by hand along with all of your custom orders made in the build your own charm bar. No factories, no mass production.
How much is shipping?
Flat-rate U.S. shipping, and it’s free on orders over $35. Everything ships from University Place, WA.
Can I build a custom piece?
Absolutely! Check out the Build Your Own page to create and order a completely custom accessory piece.
Where can I see you in person?
I pop up at local markets around the greater Pierce County area. You can follow me on Instagram to find my next market dates!"
Do you offer wholesale?
No — I don’t offer wholesale or bulk pricing at this time.
What is your return and/or exchange policy?
Because each item is made to order just for you by my actual human hands, I DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES. Please double‑check your selections before purchasing, and please reach out if you have any questions — I am always happy to help. Should an error arise with your order, please message me as soon as possible so that I can make any necessary corrections and help you receive your order in a timely fashion. All sales are final — we don’t offer returns or exchanges for change of mind. If your order arrives damaged or there’s a mistake on our end, email hello@charmandmoxie.shop within 7 days of delivery (with a photo) and we’ll make it right.
